    In Montreal, delivery is preferably by bicycle (faster and more ecological ;-) The costs are those mentioned above. I will contact you to schedule delivery, as you must be present to receive your package. If this is not possible for you, your order will be delivered by Canada Post.

Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package for an exchange or a credit note. Jewelry and boxes must be returned in their original condition: they must not have been worn or damaged.

    Shipping and return costs, as well as customs duties if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

    Please note that a 20% return fee applies to solid gold jewelry. As these are handmade to order especially for you, this fee serves to compensate in part for the extra time and expense incurred in producing your original order. Thank you for your understanding!
