ELLES
a series of meetings with inspiring artists

Rather than doing photo shoots with anonymous models, I wanted to meet the women around me and have them wear my jewelry. Strong, sensitive, inspiring women who represent the essence of my creations and what I want them to convey.

They are choreographers, theater directors, painters, sculptors, actresses, musicians, writers, etc. Their views on the world, on society, on their profession and on life in general makes me curious and makes me want to introduce them to you. Because it is essential for me to underline the contribution that these women have made to our cultural and intellectual life. And because I want L'AUNE to be a space for meeting, discussion and exchange.

This project is done with the complicity of the portrait photographer Justine Latour. She approaches portraiture as I approach interviews: with a great desire to meet the other person, to know her better, and to transmit a part of who she is.

These meetings take place in the form of discussions, which I record and then transcribe and edit. They take place in the studio or at home, in an intimate space permeated by the personality, art and reflections of the artist I meet. It's simple and unpretentious and is offered to you in a form that I hope will make you feel like you're sitting with us.
